There is reserved on site parking for registered guests. When arriving, enter the parking area from Greene Street . There are black designated signs for hotel parking. Please note there is only one parking space per reservation. Guests may also park on Carteret Street.

To check in please enter the building from the brick steps facing Greene Street.

For single room bookings canceled 72 hours or more before 4:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are no fee is charged. Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 4:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus and applicable taxes & cleaning fees. No shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation. For Whole property or multi-room bookings, reservations must be canceled at least 14 days prior to check in to avoid a 50% cancelation Fee. To cancel a reservation made through Airbnb, Expedia, or another third party booking website the cancelation must be made directly with the respective platform and will be subject to their specific cancelation policy.
